Au Bon Coin

is a neighborhood bistro by Laurence Faber and Emily Williams. Our ever-changing, prix-fixe menu is French in technique, ingredients, and character, with dishes oftentimes influenced by Ashkenazic Jewish flavors and ideas. Our menu reflects all of the decadence associated with French cookery — its succulence and elegance — married with Eastern European eccentricities and improvisations. Our dining room intends to create a versatile atmosphere fit for subdued intimacy or explosive celebration. Laurence is your chef and Emily is your host. Along with our small and mighty team, we welcome you into our dining room, our shared little corner of the world.

“Au Bon Coin” has a simple meaning: “at the good corner,” or, “the good spot.” In contrast to the owners’ other, fussier endeavors, Au Bon Coin strives for simplicity. The mission of this bistrot is to create great food simply, for you to simply enjoy. On se voit bientôt, au bon coin.
